Responsible for overseeing the enterprise wide Client/Sales
Engineering team selling Comcast High Capacity Ethernet Networks,
Internet, Video and Advanced Voice based services to
Enterprise/Metro E, Mid-Market and National Accounts. Directs a
team of sales engineering managers responsible for individual
territory results. Influences and integrates overall team strategy
to meet and exceed company goals. Establishes and is responsible
for the overall departmental budget.Job DescriptionCore
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, development and training to a cross
functional team.
- Establishes the overall strategy and direction for the sales
engineering department. Leads change management efforts when
modifying the department strategy.
- Develops key leadership relationships to ensure the
collaboration between the sales engineering team and National
Engineering and Technical Operations (NETO).
- Develop operations budgets and manage organization sizing
according to the number of products and channels supported.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Division and Regional
teams on product development direction and optimized solution
options for cost effective construction and service delivery.
- Establishes department processes and procedures and makes
necessary modifications to improve sales effectiveness and cycle
time reduction.
- Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging
technologies to best position Comcast in the marketplace.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in
matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to
work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as
necessary.

performed in Maryland, Vermont, and District of Columbia with a Pay
Range of $140,400.00 - $249,600.00Comcast intends to offer the
selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on
job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The

pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to
