We have a new Nursing Leadership Team and a revised wage scale, with highly competitive starting salaries. Our remodeled rehabilitation unit is now open and we are searching to hire experienced licensed nursing assistant candidates whom enjoy working with Short Term Rehabilitation Patients._*We have the following shifts available: $1500 sign on bonus for full time employment*__*Per diem*__*full time days 7a-7p (2)*__*part time days 7a-7p *__*part time days 7-3p*__*MNA Full time days 8a-8p*_*Licensed Nursing Assistant Description*Provide direct day to day care to Residents and to assist the Nurse with the completion of recording and charting of this care on our Long Term Care Unit.* Activities of Daily Living* Take temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.* Answer call lights and visit each Resident's Room on a regular basis.* Give or assist Resident in and out of bed, into chairs, or in walking as directed.* Assist Resident in dressing and undressing when necessary.* Turn Residents as directed utilizing proper body position and ROM.* Give and remove bedpans and urinals or assist Resident to the toilet.* Make occupied beds.* Report unusual or significant changes to the Nurse in charge.* Keep Resident's room as clean and uncluttered as possible.Registered with the NH Board of Nursing as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.Experience in Long Term Care Preferred.*Licensed Nursing Assistant pay scale*Starting at $20.00 per hour for the 7p-7a shift, including additional $2 weekday night shift differential and $5.00 per hour weekend night differential.*Licensed Nursing Assistant Benefits include: *\*3 weeks of earned time per year, 9 paid holidays, Anthem health and dental insurance , retirement plan with matching contribution after 90 days tuition reimbursement, team-oriented environment.Job Types: Full-time, Per diemPay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insurancePhysical Setting:* Long term care* Nursing homeExperience:* long-term care: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* LNA License (Required)Work Location: In person
