During your first year in the program, you will get hands-on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to the site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies' business philosophy to set you up for a long term and rewarding career. At the conclusion, you will have the unique opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives. This program will begin in June 2025 and the core rotations are: Warehouse/Logistics Inside Sales/CounterProject Management & Quotations SalesDigital Solutions/Marketing/Sales In addition to your rotations, you will also experience: Team-building activities with fellow trainees All-expense paid travel to different company locations in fun places Enhanced understanding of our business through specialized training Location: Brockton, MASalary Range: $50,000 to $60,000What you will bring: A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred Possess a desire for a career in Sales, Logistics, or Operations Outstanding verbal and written communication and skills Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and adapt to change The ideal candidate is located near Brockton, MA (with a desire to remain in the Northeast geography when program concludes). Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
