Position Details:
--- Title: In House Tech Expert
--- Location: Mansfield MA
--- Shift: M-F 6am - 2:30pm
--- Compensation: $30-$35/hr

Position Description:
This is a key role within the Company Thermal Services Tech. It's a multifaceted role that includes depot repair, technical support, service documentation and other exciting service-based activities.

Qualifications:
--- Responsible for Technical Support to our Customers via Telephone and E-mail.
--- Current skills for performing root cause analysis (Fault Finding) and repair depot repair products from our customers.
--- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical diagrams and work instructions.
--- Ability to contribute to process improvements for testing, calibration, etc.
--- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
--- Ability to manage multiple repairs and customers at the same time effectively & efficiently.
--- Write, illustrate, and edit product instruction sets based on engineering source data and input from service, engineering, and manufacturing.
--- Revise and update existing documentation based on ECO activity and manufacturing input and post updates to our on-line Knowledge Base.
--- Work with service, manufacturing, and engineering personnel to produce documentation that supports the delivery and installation of field retrofits and upgrades.
--- Document any custom changes to our products that deviates from the standard system, prior to leaving the production floor.
--- Participate in design reviews and new product design meetings.
--- Write, photograph, and/or video technical content for distribution.
--- Create written and/or video training materials to support product end-users.
--- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
--- Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities required.
--- Basic photo and video skills required.
--- Software Skills: Adobe Acrobat, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
