Cyber insurance products.Your primary goal is to drive strategies
for brand/product awareness, client-events, partner with sales
teams to build revenue-driven campaigns, improve lead quality,
close the leads, and support sales efforts in your assigned area.
You will do this for ACS as a whole in addition to our four
sub-brands comprised of leading Managed Service Providers.Key
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement Specialty marketing
strategies aligned with overall company objectives. Analyze local
market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to
identify growth opportunities and target markets enabled by
data-analytics and AI-driven audiences.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate marketing
campaigns, including advertising, promotions, client events, and
digital marketing initiatives. Coordinate with the central
marketing team and local stakeholders to ensure consistent media
buying, messaging and brand representation.
- Drive adoption of AI/Data - driven innovation strategies.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage marketing budgets for
ACS, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various
marketing channels and initiatives. Monitor campaign performance
and optimize spend to achieve maximum return on investment
(ROI).
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and guidelines
across all marketing activities. Monitor brand perception and
reputation, taking proactive measures to protect and enhance brand
equity.
- Identify opportunities to feature experts on the website and
SEO product content.
- Write content for various Marketing campaigns and work closely
in collaboration with the Awareness and Growth Marketing teams for
the creatives/designs.
- Identify sales-enablement technology needs and collaborate
within the Innovation team for solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research,
competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target
audiences and develop effective marketing strategies. Monitor and
report on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor
activities to inform decision-making.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including sales, central marketing team, and operations, to align
marketing efforts and support business objectives. Build and
maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local
leadership, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs)
for measuring the success of marketing initiatives. Regularly
analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant
metrics to senior management.
- Market Expansion and Growth: Identify opportunities to expand
market presence and drive business growth. Work closely with sales
teams to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue
targets.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on marketing
regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards. Ensure all
marketing activities and materials comply with legal and ethical
guidelines.What This Person Will Bring
- 3+ years experience in lead generation and marketing for B2B
SaaS, preferably with MSP/IT industry experience
- Specific focus or specialization in inbound marketing, demand,
and lead generation strategies and tactics and ability to generate
leads
- Experience in building and leading teams of external marketing,
design and writing contractors
- Strong interpersonal skills for connecting and building
relationships across the organization and within an industry
- Intermediate working knowledge of standard marketing tools such
as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words and WordPress.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM, as well as a
good understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring
and attribution
- Proficiency in paid search and social campaigns, retargeting,
audience targeting, and look alike campaigns
- Organized, adaptable, able to prioritize, strong attention to
detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management
and work at a fast pace
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- Demonstrated history of job stability - We invest a lot in our
